Best brother of 2016

This past Christmas Aidan asked Santa for a trophy but Santa couldn't deliver. Our friend Kelly found a perfect opportunity to satisfy his wish. And he totally deserves it!

Dancing star

Aidan has been learning a few dance routines in his music class and will perform some in the school spring concert. He gets very shy when we watch him so now he dances with his eyes closed.

Sister is here!!

Eliana Grace arrived 1 week early on  January 6th at 9:35 pm at St. Michael's hospital. She weighted 3.334 kg and measured 50 cm.

We're thrilled to be a family of 4!

Little Reader

Mommy heard recently that Aidan should be able to read 50 words by the time he enters grade one. Doesn't look like that will be a problem.

Summer Gardening

With the warmer weather, we've been outside doing a little gardening. Aidan has been very keen to help, especially with our vegetable garden on the deck on the third floor. We've planted marigolds and put in the mini garden gnome from Grandma to keep away the squirrels and racoons.

Pedals? No Problem!

We visited Nana and Papa yesterday, and Papa took Aidan out for a spin on a real bicycle. He did really well and was excited to bring the bike home. Here's what happened the day after.

Big Baseball Fan

Aidan, Abuelo Sergio and Daddy went to the Blue Jays vs. Angels game on the Victoria Day Monday, and had a great time. It was Aidan's second baseball game, and he once again sat through all nine innings (he had his big bag of popcorn, which helped)!  The Jays won 10-6, so there were lots of runs to see. Now Aidan wants to practice his hitting in the back yard, and loves to pretend he's a different Blue Jay in each at bat!

Aidan turned 4!

Aidan had a blast at his circus academy birthday party.
